The forbidden word: Twilight

I am so sick of hearing about it.
I told my friend last night over the phone,
"I'm going to slap the next person to say something to me about it."

I was being completely serious. I slapped someone at school today.
Don't fret! It wasn't hard. Don't write me up for abuse.
I REALLY hope it dies off after a little while.
Granted, it's going to take a few weeks because everyone's obsessed with it.

I'm losing my friends to books about vampires.
I'm not trying to judge them, because I've never read the books, nor do I have any interest to.
The obsession is just driving me insane

I don't want to see the character's (I don't even know their names) on everyone's shirts.
I just don't care.

I really don't mean to bash the books for all of you out there who do enjoy them.
Sorry if I offended.
I just needed to vent.
