how do you do this?

hey everyone
i am doing a poowerpoint for school on the plain white t's, and im doing their song our time now. but we have to know what the song means and i was wondering if anyone knew what it meant because i dont.
and does anyone know how to put music on powerpoints cause i dont. i thought that you just had to save it somewhere but it didnt work, so i dont know how to do it and it stunk. so please help me
