Confused

Okay so my girlfriend broke off our engagement.She didnt really give a reason as to why but just did it. Its really confusing. I havent gotten to talk to her for a while. Shes been really sick, and really stressed so now im really worried. I miss being able to talk to her. Shes my best friend.. I just really hope that things get back to the way that they used to be.
