James Bulger

I don't know if anyone has heard of this case.

In 1993, two ten year old boys abducted a two year old boy (James) from a shopping centre in Liverpool, England, they spent many hours torturing him and eventually killed him with an iron bar before throwing him on a train track hoping people would think he wondered on to the track and died.

THey got 8 years and have now been released under new identities, somewhere in the north west (where I live).

Do you think 8 years was too short at time for them to serve?
