The New Year

Well, this isn't going to be as deep as yours, babe, but I'm going to try...

You already know most of my story, and I really don't want to re-live it again because... well, I've already told you. You know how many hours I spent crying over you, how many minutes I spent dreaming that we were something different, and how many selfish seconds I spent wishing you would leave Her.

There's only a few things that matter now. For one, we are together. Finally. I have waited for this for so long... to have you like I do... it's amazing. The greatest feeling in the world. Just to know that someone loves me for me. I don't have to change anything, and neither do you. We are perfect just the way we are.

So now, as the New Year has come, I just want to say that I Love You. I know you already know this, and you've heard it countless times from me, but I Love You, Joey. More than anything or anyone. I will never leave you. I promised that to you, and I am more than willing to keep that promise.
