Just another year

So I was gonna hang out with my friend, Brianna for New Year's, and I hadn't seen her in a year. However, my mom called a little over an hour after I got there, and said that I had to come home because my room wasn't clean and the litter box wasn't clean.
So that essentially RUINED my holiday. I ended up stuck in my room for a few hours cleaning it, along with the litter box. Then, I watched my three year old niece for my sister so that she could go party.
Yeah, such a great time! So great that I actually went to bed before midnight because I was so bummed. I want a redo! Really, why can't we have a fun time with a bunch of friends for absolutely NO reason whatsoever. Or, maybe you can just pick a time, such as 12:34 at night to yell "Happy 12:34!" then go to bed.
I think it's a great idea to hang out with friends more than once or twice a year. Yep, I'm gonna start something here.
