A Few Fast Food Facts and Vegetarian Information for Burger King

Fast food can have many more calories than you might imagine, even though you should already know that fast food is unhealthy, greasy, and disgusting. When I found out that there were 600 calories in a BK King Fry at burger king, I found it almost unbelievable. That is why I stopped getting the king fry and instead either get nothing at all or occasionally a small or medium fry. Even a BK small fry has 230 calories. Also, more than half of the nutrients in their fries is fat, another almost-half carbohydrates, and a small amount of protein. A small fry has 13 grams of fat, 380 milligrams of of sodium, 26 grams of carbohydrates, and 2 grams of protein, to be specific.<br style="display:none" gauntlet_tokenizer_reserved=""/>
