A Little Help Here.....plz

I need help, tell me what would you do, if you love someone as a friend, but they cant return the favor back for whatever reason, i mean you care for the person so much that they shrug you off, to the point where it makes you want to get closer to that person, to the point where it gets annoying...... I want to love and care for this old friend, but she just cant seem to understand that im here for her, instead she shrgs me off and tells me to back off and find someone else to piece with.....
