NICE

I am so happy I could cry.
=']

NICE (not overly sure what it actually stands for) have finally granted the cancer drug, Sutent, onto my counties health service. That means that my cousin stands a chance of living even longer.

He got kidney cancer and was given 1 year to live; that was in March 2007.

He went on the Wolverhampton PCT drug trial, to prove it is worth the money to supply it. He would have had to pay £3000 per monthly cycle if he hadnt. That's unfair and hard on him because his wife couldnt work because of the stress his condition caused her, and he could work because of the cancer.

I am on top of the world. And to make it even better, Unholy Confessions started playing when I found out, and it is my favourite song EVER. It's all looking up a bit for me right now.
