I just need some help with a piercing and today is my birthday!

Yeah so as you can see today is my birthday so I went and got my helix pierced but now I'm home i need some tips on cleaning it. I've never used salt water on and of my piercings before so I was wondering how much slat and water to use. Also I don't know exactly how to clean it. It's in a very awkward place so should I use a cotton bud, a cloth etc. Also my other 5 piercings re done with a gun and I know how to treat them but should I treat a needle piercing any differant to a piercing by a gun?
