Insomnia

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I am listening to my iPod full blast, surfing the net, and reading a book, but I can't get to sleep...It's not 12:44am where I am, and this is nothing. I once got to sleep at 7:30am...on a school day.

And that was after hours of relaxing techniques.

Even my doctor says I have insomnia..

But this week is March break, so it really doesn't matter THIS week, but later on, I'll have even MORE trouble...

Anyone have any relaxing techniques to help me fall asleep quickly?
