Who's been to a FOB meet and greet?

So here's the deal. I'm going to go see Fall Out Boy with a a friend of mine, and now that I can afford it, I'm thinking about getting the meet and greet package, but it's 150 bucks and I want to know if it's even worth it.

I haven't really been bothered much with meet and greet as far as big bands go, it's too damn expensive.

So what exactly happens at a "meet and greet"? How does this biznass work?

I'm going regardless, I'm just not sure if I want to shell out big bucks to pay for what amounts to an autograph.
