Sleep.

Okay, so recently I've been feeling immensly tired almost constantly.
It's not that I don't sleep, it's more that I can't sleep 'till at least 11:30 at night, and that's at least 11:30. For example the other day I didn't go to sleep 'till 3:30 in the morning.

It's really getting me down and it's effecting me throughout the day as I don't feel like doing much because I'm so tired all the time. I've begun to think that maybe I have some form of insomnia but I don't know.

What I do know is that two years ago I went through a stage where I couldn't sleep at all and was keeping all my family members up at night. I really don't want that to happen again any time soon.

Something else that might be effecting my energy levels is the fact that I don't have any meat or fish in my diet at the moment as I recently became a vegetarian. I just can't stand eating meat and even though I try to make up for the protein I think this is definitley contributing towards my low energy.

Another bad thing is that although I can sleep late now because it's spring break, I'm going back to school in less than a week and then I have to get up at 7:30 at the latest. Recently I've only been getting up at around midday and even then my mum has had to wake me up because I just can't wake up in a morning anymore.

I need help as I really don't know what to do about all this.
