[8] That Spot Is MINE

So today we had a delightfully wonderful day at school!

:) I discovered my best friend talks to inanimate objects...she talked to a paper or a calculator or something. :/

Anyways...

So our geometry teacher came up to the whole group and said that only two people from 8th grade next year would be able to go to take classes with 10th grade. The subject would be 10th grade geometry [or trigonometry i'm not sure].

SO!

A couple of people were predicting who might pass...

OBVIOUSLY, one of my friends would go and take the 10th grade course...BUT i'm in a sort of competition.

One of my best guy friends, let's call him Abbey, likes geometry and can do the work pretty quick and stuff. I'm not a big fan of geometry but i'm starting to like it and it's actually pretty easy.

So i'm kinda freaked because I REALLY want to pass and take the courses [I could say i'm in the group with the first friend I mentioned.] But I don't wanna get my hopes up because then i'll be like, Damn i didn't pass and get all sad and shit...T_T

But for now all I can do is wait and see for next year and repeat a mantra in my head a million times...

That spot is MINE.
