Can anyone help me with my anger issues?

Okay, firstly I will admit that I have afew lot of anger management issues. I tend to get angry a little more than average. Everyone says it's just my hormones acting up, but I don't think so. There has to be more behind my anger, right? That's not my point, though. I need some anger suppressants, or reliefs. Is there maybe an aromatic that could help? Any breathing exercises, or other ways to express my anger nonviolently? I would love it if anyone were able to help me out. I've tried to talk it out with someone, but that usually results in more anger and frustration. I don't want any medical answers, just little housewife remedies.
