writers block

im trying to write a poem i can dedicate to my nan.
she's quite ill at the moment and i want to do 1 last thing for her.
so i decided i'd write a poem to read to her as she has lost her sight because of a stroke.
i want my poem to be special, meaningful and unique.
i want it to cheer her up, and make her think of the good times.

but my problem is i cant think of any ideas;
my minds thinking much quicker than i can type and its frustrating me.

i really need some help because my minds blank.

any ideas on how i can write a special and meaningful last poem for my nan?

any suggestions are all very gratefully recieved.

thanks. x
