Rain, Contests, and Dogs

I'm feeling really inspired. In the past month, I've completed my story Phoebe and six one-shots for competitions. So yeah, I'm feeling pretty good.

And I've recently come up with my own contest just because. Snack On This Contest
Pretty much, you write about a fruit or vegetable. I haven't seen a contest like it in the forums, so I figured, why not?

On an unrelated note, my dog Koko seems to like my dog Sigi. She keeps trying to hump her anyway. I read once that this behavior is supposed to mean that Koko is asserting her dominance over Sigi. That's a laugh because Sigi's like twice her weight. The only thing Koko has on Sigi is being four years older.

It's been raining on and off today. There's the pitter patter of heavy rain on the roof and the roar of the wind outside my window. I really love it when it rains. I'm reminded of that Garbage song. I'm only happy when it rains..... But I hate it when the power goes off.

Anyway....that's just about it.
