What Happened To Death? (story idea)

My name is Alida Kerr.
Last night, I was murdered.
But I still wall among the living.
I can touch things.
I can eat things.
I can breathe and talk to people.
I'm still alive.
What gives?

+Okay, I started this late night, longhand.... tell me what you think of this idea.... It's about this girl who was murdered, obviously.... But she wakes up the next day, almost like a ghost. No one recognizes her as the girl she was and she has free reign of the city.... but what happened to her really? And will they catch the guy who did?
