My name is Nikki and I'm changing the way I see things. I'm changing myself. I used to be the girl who cried when she couldn't go see her favorite band live. I'm realizing that I don't want that image, and its completely unnecessary. I used to be the girl who bashes a celeb's girlfriend, but if they're happy, I should be too. I know who I want to be now. I want to be the girl who lives life to the fullest, isn't known for her embarrassing tears on youtube, and labeled as a batshit crazy fan on live journal. I love All Time Low, don't get me wrong, but theres no need to cry. I'll have another chance to see them. I want to be a person who finds love, and I've finally grasped the concept that its not all looks, its whats inside, and you should be happy for anyone lucky enough to find love and maturely understand that even if you wanted that person, if they picked the other, they're probably not the person thats out there for you. I used to be the girl who took out her anger on everyone else, and now I channel it. I know that my problems will only get worse if I hurt everyone else, and by hurting people, I have learned that I only hurt myself. Our ways and mannerism has turned us into a mass of humans, all saying we're unique, but in reality, we're just like everyone else. Do things your way, don't follow trends, make things up as you go and always follow your heart. If you see someone who needs help, go with your first instinct, if it's not helping them, then it's probably the right thing to do. You know your destiny, but its discovered bit by bit. If you really look inside yourself you'll see what you're supposed to do in every situation. If we took things slow and one step at a time, not rushing or second guessing, we could change the entire world, make it better, peaceful.
