Hair style ideas?

So i really want to do something different with my hair, but I'm not sure what i want to do with it. Here's an old picture but my hair still looks basically the same.

My hair is longer now however.
Anyways i want to change my hair since its been the same for about two years now. I was thinking about maybe getting a razor cut, and maybe a black peek-a-boo, like when the bottom layer of the hair is dyed a different color.
Do you think that would look good? Or does anyone have any ideas of what i should do?
Any ideas would be muchly appreciated.
