the double dip rule

i am writing this because i think that the double dip rule is false. this rule has left people wanting just another bite of something but they cant.
the problem with double dipping is that the germs and bacteria on the food which for this will be a french fri, contacts with a dip(ketchup) and contaminates it. but when the fri comes in contact with the ketchup, the surface of the fri is covered in ketchup, and the ketchup on the french is the only ketchup that it came in contact with. so any germs or bacteria that was on the fri stayed on it and not in the container with the ketchup.
i think this has proved the double dip rule false. so no one has to worry about it. the only problem is that if there is a dip that didnt stick to whatever you were dipping it in.

lets sum it up
just say that the germs and bad stuff on the fry(example)
only come in contact with the ketchup(example) that is on it
