My GP is bad at her job

I am really very fustrated that I'm still sick.

I have been feeling ill now for one day over three weeks. I've been passing out, had bad dizziness and feeling weak, I've had a lot of aches and pains; in my lower back, just underneath my ribs mostly on the left side and from my knees down. I've had numerous blood tests, ECG's, MRI's and nobody can find anything wrong with me! My GP told me to stay at home and rest as much as possible and only come back if it gets unbearable, but as I'm home alone everyday I thought this was quite bad advice, because if anything drastic happens they know that I'm at home alone unable to get any help.
I don't want to seem like I'm whining, which I probably am, I just wanted to vent.
