Dress Codes

As we all know summer is coming to it's end. Time for back to school shopping and all that good money wasting stuff. Well I'm on the poor side of life so my mother doesn't have the money to go out and buy me a whole new wardrobe as some parents do for their children. My mother bought me 8 new and very cute tops. Nothing to do with gangs, death, or sex shirts that most school dress codes would allow. The neck lines aren't low or anything like that tops that should have been okay to wear. Well since we just move here I looked up my school and since I was bored I went to read the dress code. And I was shocked to learn that the only shirts your allowed to wear are Polo-style and t-shirts with the school logo! I don't own any Polo-style shirts! They even limit the colors of your pants! "Pants, slacks, jeans, capris, skirts, skorts, dresses, and walking shorts must be either tan, brown, black, khaki, blue, or gray" So now my mother has to go out and buy me school clothes again!! And my older sister has almost nothing that fits the dress code.
