What should I do? (Friends)

I have a dilemma about what to do about this one friend I have. For some reason I feel really awkward around her in public and she rarely talks to me. She doesn't want to hang out because she wants to spend all her free time with her boyfriend who is going to college. But, on the rare occasion we do talk, she gives really good advice, and one time when she heard I was upset about something that happened at school, she cheered me up. Is it time to say goodbye or should I still hang on and keep trying? What should I do?
