High school starts and am alone!?

Okay a started high school last week I was a loner walking the halls till I met some of my old friends.I still felt like a loner because I didn't know there frineds sure I have some old friends there from my old middle school but it still felt weird.I feel like I was a loner with them I was like the black sheep that didn't belong with the white sheeps and the other black sheeps I felt out of place.I want to make new friends but am very shy to make friends with anyone! Sure some of my old friends introuduce me to there new friends but it's not the same! Why am so shy I use to be outgoing but that die a long time ago.Am what 14 going onto 15 I want with people I don't have that much of a intrested in yeah I can say my four years of high school are going to be a pain!
If anyone nows how I can break out of my shy shell give some comments out.
