Oh Canada!

So, everyone who lives in canada always praises our wilderness to the high heavens, but I don't think the average canadian actually enjoys it.

I mean, for the most part, people spend a lot of time indoors, or the closest they get to "wilderness" is a walk in the park.

We have this wonderful, diverse country and that it is nearly empty could easily be taken as truth, because we have so few people. But no one seems to want to start trekking into the woods to get lost. (I wonder why..)

Still, Canada's awesome. I live on Vancouver Island (which should be it's own province, we're bigger than PEI, for pete's sake.[Where did "for pete's sake" come from anyways?] ) and it's absolutely beautiful. I love calgary. The zoo makes me happy. :tehe:

Victoria's better than vancouver, I'm a fan of small cities.
