I met Bert McCracken!

Yesterday was probably the highlight of my year. I don't get to meet many bands because I live quite far away. They usually come out to say hi after their shows but I can never stick around because it takes hours to drive back.

I see him just before everybody started going in. I wasn't a big fan of the support bands so I didn't bother getting in the queue early. I saw Bert as he exited his tour bus. He seemed nice; he gave me a hug and signed my belt. Then my Dad started chatting with him (my Dad likes the same bands I do :P).

The show was great, even though one of the amps broke half way through the set. Bert had to sing Taste Of Ink with no music, but it still sounded amazing because the entire crowd joined in.

It was my second time seeing The Used. The first time was 2 years ago. Hopefully, they won't leave it another 2 years before they tour again.
