Trash Cans

What the hell. Our school got new trash cans, and damn nice trash cans at that. They complain about money, and what do they do? Buy trash cans. Seriously. What the crap. I mean, you can get a box and tie it to a pole, but no, they have to get these $500 looking trashcans, and tie them to rails. I'm effing serious! They have to tie them to the rails! Thats how fucked up our city is, people actually steal trashcans! In this case, though, I could understand it. These things are cool looking! They're all black, with that hole pattern in them, and they have those little fancy smaller - area - to - throw - trash - than - you - think look, and they're shiny. Anyway, I know this is a pointless rant, just feel like ranting.
