I just read a story about a eleven year old boy who killed his father's girlfriend while she was pregnant. He shot her to death.
I can't find the whole article, and I just have so many questions. Why? Why? Just, why? He's eleven and he completely screwed up his life. He'll never have a chance of going to college or anything. He'll probably never get married, and he'll never have kids. And I'm not saying it's not his fault - it is - but still. And how did he even get a gun? Did his dad keep it around? Where's his mother? What made him want to do this?
Maybe I'm too sheltered, but I am very disturbed by this.
PS. If anybody has any other information on this story, I'd love it if they'd tell me. I searched all the sources I know of, but I still can't find the whole article.
