Anyone good with making profile backgrounds?

Or whatever the hell they're called?

I really, really, want a a profile layout featuring the monster of Frankenstein (who is often referred to incorrectly as just Frankenstein in popular culture.) But I don't just want a picture and some text; I would really love it for to be in the same style as the MCR picture I linked. I tried on my own, since I do have Photoshop and some brushes, but let's not dabble in the accounts of my failure.

So if ANYONE here is willing to be really wonderful and help me, I can supply the pictures I'd like. I'll credit and do anything else you ask that can be done on Mibba.
