How do you get reviews on your story?

I see that a lot of stories don't have any reviews. And besides having a good story plot, how else do you get a lot of reviews? How can you make your story appeal to people and draw them in? I don't quite know what people are looking for in a story. Why are some have all these reviews and others stories as good as that, or maybe even better, don't get any reviews? Just wondering...

Also, does any one have a good story plot? I'm stuck, and I'm not sure what kind of stories to write.
