Trying to figure out this whole 'Twitter' thing :/

Help!

I finally got around to making a Twitter account, but other than choosing my avatar picture I haven't figured much of anything else out.

How does it even work?

I'll admit now I'm not the brightest person when it comes to all this newfangled technology junk.

I'm pretty useless, actually.

So is this Twitter thing as hard to use as it seems or am I just completely retarded? It's okay if you go with 'completely retarded'. It's probably true.

I don't understand the whole 'following' and 'followers' thing, or...anything really.
