What happened? Posting stories will be disabled for some time???

I saw on the updates on Mibba;
Posting stories will be disabled for some time.
Why!?
Is that why I can't see the stories thing on the right side? I can't not write a story because, I'm working on a new one! I wanna read the update, but there's no link.
Well, if anyone knows the link, please send it to me.
Anyway, I would just write some chapters and save it on my computer. Or here, in drafts folder. But, if you have some info, too, please send it.
If you don't, talk to me about it.
What's your thoughts?
