Writers Block?!

How do you guys deal with writers block? Like I’ve been writing On the Edge of Eternity since this summer, and I’ve gotten much further than I’ve posted, but I know where I want to take the story, its just I don’t have the motivation to write. And yesterday for a few short hours I was writing again, but it didn’t last long enough to get me even a page further. Perhaps it has to do with the apathy I am feeling or rather not feeling in my own real life. How do you go on when your muse has taken a vacation? Or how do you get that pesky little bastard to come back from Bora Bora?
