Greetings and salutations yet again, fellow Mibbians. As the title says, I'm not the least bit ready for Christmas. :(
Seems like I don't have the cheerful spirit to celebrate Christmas this year...must be because I've just gone through a very crappy year? Just hoping my New Year, or next year's Christmas, would be better than tomorrow's.
Today, I just happened to miss my parents a little. They've gone to work at another country since two years ago...and usually I'm quite used to it. Boredom must've given me all this time to think about them, seeing as I haven't gone outside for a week. I feel lame right now. Very, very lame. . . . :\
Pushing that thought aside, this year's holiday has been the year wherein I got the least number of gifts under the tree - five or six, maybe? Not that I want more gifts or anything; but most of my friends last year were more generous gifters than the people in my class this year. I don't enjoy their company. The Christmas Party we had a week ago sucked.
I'm sorry if I'm in anyway bringing down your Christmas cheer/spirit...on the bright side I've heard that some of my godparents are going to give me books this December. That's quite a good news. I haven't been able to read anything new for a few weeks. :)
As much as I hate procrastination, I haven't been able to write anything today (and yesterday.) I'm certainly not getting off this Writer's Block yet. On the other hand I'm thinking up some good ideas on my spare time - which has been the whole week. Once I finish writing up chapters one and two I'll look around for a beta and finally post that rewrite! :D
Until then I'll be killing my time with anything.
