Animal product alternatives for vegans:
Many of these products can be found at just about any grocery store. If taste is preventing you from becoming vegan, it may not be a factor once you find a product that tastes exactly whatever you miss from your old diet.
Be sure to check the ingredients to ensure that the animal product alternatives you use are truly vegan. Some are just made suitable for vegetarians and/or those with food allergies. Often, there are vegan alternatives just like vegetarian alternatives you like but in different brands.
Milk:

-Check label. Most chocolate, even dark, contains at least a little milk. There are vegan chocolates out there, however.

-There are vegan brands, but I forget what they are called. Probably found at natural foods stores.
