Tongue Piercing?

So I need to know what you guys think about tongue piercings? I'm thinking about getting one..maybe two of them but i'm not totally sure what i should do because I was told they hurt like a bitch and they're really easy to rip out. But I want one but it's just really confusing cause i don't know what to do.

Could somebody help me out here? I get to decided in March because that's when my cheerleading season will end but I just want to get it all sorted out and be prepared i'm guessing.

(I know that i didn't capitalize stuff and probably spelled stuff wrong but sorry i'm trying to be quiet)
