Randomness is a Trend Nowadays

Does anyone else get the impression that people are being random on purpose?

I think it's especially obvious on profiles. When people say, "Hey I'm Jenni and I'm really random. I like dancing and playing soccer. RABBITS!!!!"

Now, I am definitely not hating on random people, because everyone has their moments. But come on, no need to over emphasize it. It just sounds forced a lot of times now. Like people do it on purpose since they think it makes them cool and different.

But maybe it's just me, I don't know.

I love randomness, it keeps things fun. But after reading a million "About" Sections that just make almost half the people on here sound like their on drugs, it gets a tad annoying.
