IB Program

Some of you may know about the International Baccalaureate program, and maybe some of you are in it. I have signed up and been accepted, and I'm starting in August. Those of you who are in it, what is it really like? What are they other students like? Teachers? Curriculum? I understand the requirements for being successful in the program, as well as the fact that people in the program do have lives. To me, it just seems like a ton of work that has to be done to get into the collage I want, get the job I want, and have the life I want. It's all work to me. CAS hours are mostly just signatures on paper, though I do understand why I'm doing it.

Is it possible to maintain the life I have now, with all the writing and art while in IB?

Is it hard being around people who are just as smart as you?

Do you do the CAS hours for just signatures or for the effect it has on your being?

Do you enjoy it?
