Internet won't connect to Fire Fox or Google Chrome. Help? Please?

Internet explorer works perfectly on my computer, yet Fire Fox and Google chrome won't connect.

I was using Google Chrome earlier but then it decided to give up. I'v been using it for a couple of months and it was running fine til today.

I restared my computer but it didn't work, it still won't work, and I HATE using internet explorer.

Also, i downloaded Fire Fox a couple of moths ago, and it never worked in the first place.

I really don't want to use Internet explorer, so could anyone help me out? Please? I'd really apreciate it. Thanks.
