To add a photo in my story

Okay so I know theres probably a thread for this, but I can't find, it so save me the hassle please.

So the thing is, I want a photo in my story, but I don't want it like, already showing, I want one of those that are highlighted a different colour or with a line underneath. And when you hover over it with the mouse it will let you click it and take you to another page with the photo on that page...
