Orly?

It's said that words mean nothing, but i would have to disagree. Words can trigger catastrophes or sooth a broken heart. They can bring laughter, pain, depression, happiness, joy, and reverence. Any emotion can be evoked by words. Words, i would even argue, have more power than anything you can imagine. Because words have become more than a means of communication, they've become far more powerful than they were intended. Words also create whole worlds, fiction or not. Worlds with beings just as alive as you or I. These characters live forever, as long as the story is being read, because in someone's mind somewhere in the world, that story continues. That is what writers strive for, their story in the minds of millions (novel wise). Think of your stories as independent worlds, filled with lively characters and amazing, spectacular things happen all the time. Words are the most powerful thing humans possess, use them well.
