inetnet fail

so my brother recently fixed my laptop and he put a new browser and so I'm on it and I go to refresh the page and there isn't a refresh button!!!! like none! at all!! I've been looking for like 10 minutes! how can they make a browser that has no refresh!! O . O those people fail at life>< so yea..........XD I am not sure if I find this funny or annoying... XD lmao
