Why does it hurt?

Why does it hurt when you get made fun of?
I'll tell you why.
It hurts because it tears you down and makes
you feel alone, and sooner or later you begin to
think, " What if I am the way they say?"

Why does it hurt when you loose something close to you?
It hurts because you have lost something that was
important and presious to you and it feels likeyou have had
a huge part of you're heart torn from you're chest.
You feel like shit after.

Why does it hurt to loose your first boyfriend?
It hurts because what was once a wonderful warm feeling is now
a horrible, hurtful feeling.
And not only do you miss the feeling of belonging, and love.
And now you feel now you feel nothing but hatred.

Why does life hurt?
It hurts because of the people in it.
The ways that they are to the people around you and the
way that they treat you.

That is why it hurts.
