I Feel Like Writing A Bloodbath.

Yes, the title of this pretty aptly describes what I'm writing about; I want to write a horror of some sort, a one-shot, with gore galore. The problem is, I'm stuck for ideas. Everything I begin to write has already been covered by someone, somewhere. I'm asking you for ideas. I want this to be based on a punishment of some sort: higher authorities or vigilantes torturing the shit out of someone who's committed a crime. Can anyone think of any cool ideas to throw into that plot? I was thinking that the crime they commit could be incest, but I'm not too sure of that. Help?
