what do you do?

What do you do when a guy you have absolutly NO intrest in keeps trying to get you to "hang out" with him? I've tried to nicely say no thanks, but he dosn't seem to get the hint. He also keeps asking for my cell number, I've made several excuses to not give it out.He even asked a friend of mine, but he (my friend) hid his phone from him. (I owe that guy sooooo much) I don't want to come across as a bitch, but he dosn't seem to get it!

I'm sure he is a really nice guy, but I do not find him in anyway attractive. I'm not even sure I'd want to hang out with him as friends. And, AND on top of all this, I reciently broke up with this guy I did really like! I don't want to get involved right now, but it feels like I'm talking to a brick wall!!! Any advise?
