Help Help Help!

I'm writing a Supernatural fanfic that takes place in the episode "The End" in season 5, but I need help with a layout. Will someone make a layout for me? I'm not quite done with the story but hopefully I will be done tonight. I'm working pretty damn hard on it.

I'd like a picture above the story area and I just can't figure out how to do that. I'll get the picture and send you the link. Please just help me. Or explain to me how I do this.
And if someone does make it for me I want the rest of it to be centered (the words of the story) and in 80 font. A nice light green or purple color would do. But I guess it depends on how it would look with the picture. Black would probably look best.
