Alright, I'm on hiatus for the next couple of weeks until the damage from the fire at my house is repared, so don't expect any updates for a while. Sorry to everyone who's been all super stoked and waiting for updates, I just don't have it in me right now to even really TRY to write.
On Saturday, I burnt down my house while trying to make mac 'n cheese, cause I turned on the grease pot we left on the stove for tater tots and the like instead of the water pot for the macaroni. MASSIVE FAIL.
I ended up leaving the kitchen for like five minutes, tops, and the next thing I knew, my little sister was running into the bedroom saying that the kitchen was on fire and that we needed to get out of the house.
No one got hurt, all of the animals are safe and I was luckier than hell with the fact that I only had Katie and the animals to worry about this weekend, when normally I'd have two more kids with me on Saturdays.
Anyway... I'm sorry about the hiatus, but again, I just don't have it in me.
