Layout and stuff

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone knows how to put together a profile layout? It would help me a bunch. So please let me know! It would be fantastic if someone knew how to. I would also love it if someone would help me get to know the website. I'm still learning and need help. I also would love help with figuring out how to do the story layouts as well. That would be a big help. And once again i don't have enough words so i have to keep typing. Blah.! Wow i never have enough to say.
