Need some help...Anybody know a lot about roller skates?

Okay so I am looking to get a new pair of outdoor skates and I am having a hard time finding a god pair.
Doingall of my searching the past 2 days I have concluded that I SHOULD buy Riedell, but the are really expensive (however, a lot of people are saying that it is worth it). The problem is that I cannot afford those skates. I wanted to get the Riedell R3's but they are $100.

So basically I am wondering if there is like a cheap off-brand that will still work as good (if that's even possible).

I have been looking at this Chicago brand and they looked pretty promising until I read a few reviews on them. I was looking at the Bullet skates and I guess someone said that since they are made out of vinyl they won't last very long. Someone else said that the toe stops that are put in there are immovable and get in the way. Apparently the wheels are not very good because they are made of plastic and get stuck.

Well I'm not an expert with skates, so I hope someone out there in the Mibba world can help me.
